Is it machine washable and dryable, and am I able to bleach it?
It is machine washable and bleachable but you cannot put it in the dryer. You can only air-dry your ShamWow towels.

What is the Shamwow made of and how are they similar to N95 or surgical masks?
Shamwow cloths are a 100% viscose/polypropylene thermally bonded non-woven cloth which is the material type used in medical grade masks such as the hard to find N95 and surgical masks. In addition to the Shamwow non-woven outer shell we have added a 100% cotton inner shell to provide extra comfort which also blocks any inert fibers from entering through the mouth.

When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping, processing, and handling takes about three to four weeks from the day you order. We can occasionally ship earlier but you should permit at least three weeks for the package to arrive. Processing rush shipping takes roughly 5 to 7 days. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska add a few more days to the delivery time.
Are Shamwows certified for Medical Use?
No they are not for medical use. But you should know that the outer Shamwow non-woven cloth would filter out microbial particles more than the typical 100% cloth masks, being offered in the marketplace currently. We believe that the Shamwow mask brings the best of both worlds as they offer both the comfort of cotton masks with the protection of a non-woven microbial barrier. And the best part is it's machine washable!
Do you follow CDC guidelines?
Yes, our mask manufacturer follows all CDC guidelines for making Shamwow masks.
How does the anti-bacterial ShamWow work against germs?
In laboratory tests, some bacteria or germs were impeded from spreading by 99% because of the Zinc in the Shamwow, however there were some that it had no effect on at all. Unlike sponges, you can wash the Shamwows with detergents, therefore all germs should be eliminated through this process and use the Shamwows over and over again.
What is the difference between a ShamWow towel and a real chamois?
A regular leather chamois cannot absorb that much water and gets hard when it dries. The ShamWow towel holds 10x it's weight in liquid, does not drip when you're taking it to the sink, and when it dries, it stays soft. ShamWow towels may also be used for household and plenty of other uses.
What are the dimensions of the ShamWow towels, and am I able to cut them?
The massive ShamWow towels are 20 x 23.5 inches and the minis are 15 x 15 inches You can cut the large ones in half to use as a bath mat, drain your dishes, under your crisper to keep the veggies fresh, and even make smaller ones for dish rags.
Will it scratch the surface?
The ShamWow cloths won't scratch surfaces. They are created with a cloth-like material that turns into a soft leathery feel later.
How long will they last?
Because it is so sturdy, we guarantee the ShamWow towels for ten years. We have had reports of folks having a similar product that lasted over twenty years. If anything occurs within ten years to the product, we'll exchange the product.
Will I ever have to buy paper towels again?
Use paper towels for some things, like as a napkin. For counter tops, dishes, windows, polishing, dusting, and everyday uses, we endorse using the mini ShamWow cloths!
What is the difference between the big and the mini ShamWow towels?
The ShamWow towels are for your giant spills, your large jobs like cleaning the bathroom walls, carpet stains or drying your automobiles. For wiping smaller spills, everyday spills, use the mini ShamWow cloths!
Am I able to dry sweaters with the ShamWow towel?
Yes. Place a wet sweater on the big ShamWow towel, roll the wet sweater tight and place an elastic tie around it. In a few hours it'll dry your sweaters in 1/2 of the time a towel can.
Can I employ it as a towel?
Yes. Olympic swimmers have been using it as a towel for many years. Cut it in half and you could have two towels. You may use it wet or dry. That is the reason why pet owners love them.
What is the ShamWow material made out of?
ShamWow cloths are made out of a rayon material which is woven in a certain way to make it feel a bit like it felt when you first get it new. But once it becomes wet, it will become a soft leathery material.
