What This Warranty Covers: All Shamwow! products come with a limited warranty. Shamwow! warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover: The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid under the condition that fabric softeners of any kind are not used or Shamwow! products are not dried in a dryer. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or care. Shamwow! is not responsible for scratches or other damage arising from the use of the Shamwow! product where foreign materials or debris are present for products such as eyeglasses, sunglasses, camera lenses or other lenses, computer screens, television screen, LCD screens, cell phones, jewelry, silver, or other products.
Length of Warranty: This is a ten-year warranty beginning from the date of purchase.
What Shamwow! Will Do To Correct The Problem: If the original purchaser receives a defective Shamwow! product, Shamwow! will replace it with an equivalent product upon receipt of the defective product. Original purchaser shall pay shipping and handling costs for returning the defective product to Shamwow! as well as shipping and handling costs (based on Shamwow!'s then current S/H rates for new product orders) to replace the defective product.
Customer Service: If you are the original purchaser and believe you have a defective product under this warranty, please provide your name/shipping address/telephone number and a check for $7.95 (for S/H as described above) and ship the defective product to:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
